Welcome to Body By Baltasar - a web site designed and maintained by patients of Dr. Aniceto Baltasar.  Seems a little strange, maybe, to have a web site by a bunch of people - who live literally all over the world - who are connected by a surgeon. But Dr. Baltasar isn’t just any surgeon. And we’re not just nameless, faceless people.  We all have a story - as do you - and we wanted you to know that there is HOPE.
